Hi everyone! We hope you are all safe and well at home and are having fun and quality time with your family. We are missing all of your smiley faces and being able to listen to your beautiful voices each week. As you all know, we need to stay at home so we can all play our part in overcoming this unusual situation together. We understand that this can be hard at times so we have thought about ways that we can still represent our choir from home. You will have all seen our amazing Plains Farm staff video that shows you all how much we miss you. So, on that note, we have set you all a challenge. We would like you to make a short recording of you singing one of our favourite songs, Vera Lynn – We’ll meet again! (accessible via YouTube). You don’t have to sing the full song, you can simply choose a verse or the chorus. You can include the backing music if you would like to. We would like these in by 4pm on Thursday the 23rd April, then we can get them all put together to create an amazing performance. We hope you can all take part and enjoy the challenge. Details of where to send your videos are below. If you need any help please feel free to contact us via the email below.
We hope you all continue to stay safe. See you all soon. Lots of love Miss Hodgson, Mrs Cowley and Mrs Quill xxx

Choir have been very busy since September. We have welcomed some new children into our singing family and we have already been in great demand to show off their amazing talent. Our performances so far have included raising funds at Sainsburys to support our local food bank, entertaining the residents of Hope Bank View and visits to St Mary’s & St Peter’s Church on Springwell Road and a Christmas Carol Service at St John’s Methodist Church in Ashbrooke. We have lots more exciting events coming up which we will keep you updated with.
Thank you for your continued support.
